  Rico was my tech he was extreamly helpful and knowledgable
  I recently had a slow leak in my evaporator coil diagnosed by another company. The initial phone call that I made to that company started me out on a bad foot with them so I did not trust what they were telling me and I felt as if I was being taken advantage of. Rico came out to my house and I let him know my situation. Rico checked it out for me and confirmed that it was the same problem. He also let me know some of the errors that they had made when diagnosing the problem, such as not reinstalling my drain pan and that they cut one of the straps for the evaporator coil and never reinstalled it. Rico fixed both of their errors at no additional expense to me besides the service call fee. Rico was very professional and helpful. Also I commend your customer service as the initial phone call I made with A#1 air was helpful, the lady on the phone answered all of my questions in a professional way, set up a service call for me at times that were convenient for me, and because of the great customer service that made me have confidence in your company. The only reason that I am using the other company at this time is because my house is under warranty and they have to do the work for the warranty. In the future when my warranty runs out, if I ever need any more HVAC service I will contact A#1 air only for my HVAC service. Great experience from beginning to end from A#1 air.

  James McDonald came through in the end...
  We had work done by A #1 Air on a Friday about 5-6pm. There were two contractors that came by, and repaired a clogged drain line on my indoor unit. The price around $135. We noticed the a/c not cooling after contractors left. I immediately called A #1 Air about the problem. Maybe around 8pm. They set me up for an appointment the very next day. James McDonald showed up in the morning! He was very professional, referred to me as "Sir" (I'm not even that old), and even put on booties to walk through my house. Things the other two didn't do. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and why! Best of all, we were not charged for the revisit (which we shouldn't be)! I am a member of the service plan now, and will be using them in the future... Thanks.

  Rico saved my ceiling!
  Rico came out this Sunday to give my unit a tune up and thank god he did as he saved us from having the catch basin under our inside unit overflow onto our ceiling. Rico was extremely professional and thorough. Thanks A#1 and Rico!!!

  Fantastic Service
  Service was top-notch. Went above and beyond to make sure we were in the loop on a service call. They made no less than 4 calls to let us know exactly where we were on the list. Very professional and was an all around great experience. Will refer to anyone to use them.

  Cody Was Great
  This is the second time that I've used A#1 Air. Just as the first time, I can't say enough good things about the crew. Cody came out to service my air conditioner. He is professional, knowledgeable and just an all around good guy. I'm not sure how they do it, but everyone that I've come in contact with are trustworthy, honest and know their stuff. I wouldn't go anywhere else but A#1 Air!

  Honesty & Fast Service
  The company we used for the last 4yrs did an inspection because the air would turn off after 10min. They said we need a new system for $6900. Called A#1 Air. They came right out and within 5 minutes the technician (Dane) found the problem & fixed it on the spot. Needless to say the other company has lost a customer & A#1 Air has gained a new one. Thank you for the great customer service.

  Awesome Company
  I had a new high efficiency unit installed in a home bult in the 70s. Even though there were a few issues related to the construction of my home and the installation, A1 just did an incredible job in coming up with solutions.
