A#1 Air - History

A#1 Air was born and bred in Dallas, Texas in 1990 and founded by James and Sherry Green.

With the couple’s extensive experience in the air conditioning and appliance industry, their operation has grown from two to over 170 employees. A#1 Air now houses an entire fleet of service trucks, with certified technicians on-call to handle all your air conditioning, heating and appliance repair needs 24/7.

Family-owned and operated, the A#1 Air staff is comprised of the Green’s direct and indirect family members, as our entire company is truly like family. In fact, most of our employees have been with us for many years.

A#1 Air has won numerous awards for being the “best of the best,” including its recognition as the #1 Carrier residential replacement dealer for 2006, 2007 and 2008. Additionally, the company was the only recipient in Texas, and one of only 63 dealers nationally of the prestigious President's Award from Carrier. A#1 Air was also named “Best of Carrollton” for both 2008 and 2009.
