  Surprisingly excellent!
  Having had many, many bad experiences with HVAC companies, I was prepared for nothing but disappointment and frustration when I chose A#1 to install a new Trane furnace and air conditioner. I chose this company because the sales rep, Dane, worked hard to get my business, but he was never pushy nor did he use any "hard sell" tactics that so many home improvement salespeople like do use. He also quoted me a very fair price. Nevertheless, as we all know, once the sale is complete, we often find that all the promises made get vaporized as soon as we sign on the dotted line. But, so far, I've been nothing but impressed with A#1. What really took me by surprise was the professionalism and friendliness of the installers, Angel and Gerard. Not only were they patient in answering my questions as the installation took place, they actually seemed enthused when telling me about my new system. And these guys weren't just "installers". They were well-educated, well-trained, gentlemen who seemed to actually be enthused about the product, and were also the first employees I've met in a long time who actually had nothing but good things to say about their employer. At the end of the day, they insisted on sweeping up the tiny amount of debris that naturally occurs with any sort of home improvement project (the house was probably cleaner when they left than it was before they arrived!), shook my hand, and drove off into the sunset. The sales rep, Dane, was quick to follow up. Now, I can't say everything is working perfectly yet, because the system hasn't been used much at all, and it won't be put to the real test until the dog days of summer. But if A#1 continues to provide the high standard of service set by Dane, Angel and Gerard, they'll have me as a customer for life.

  New heating and AC system installed
  Recently moved to Dallas and needed to replace a thirty year old heating and cooling system. Although I was fully prepared to get ripped off by somebody, by pure luck I chose A#1 and I cannot be complimentary enough of their work. They thoroughly checked out what I had and put in a great system at a good price. There was a minor malfunction the first night, and they were there in the middle of the night to correct it. Don't even bother thinking about using anyone else!!
